The Agent Almanac's guides are written and maintained by our editorial team. We research and compare AI tools for real estate agents, teachers and lawyers in the US and UK, using published research, official guidance and vendor documentation, and we update pages as tools, prices and data change.

How we research and update these pages

  • Published evidence first. Claims are based on published studies, survey data and official guidance. The main sources for each topic are listed below.
  • Vendor documentation for product facts. Features, plans and pricing come from each vendor's own site and docs. Where we can't verify something (for example a free tier), we say so rather than guess.
  • Sources linked on the page. Articles cite the studies and official pages they rely on so you can check them yourself.
  • Reviewed and dated. Pages are re-checked as tools and data change, and each article shows when it was last updated. When a price, feature or statistic changes, we update the page rather than leave the old figure in place.
  • No invented experts. Articles are credited to the editorial team, not to made-up bylines, and we don't claim credentials or hands-on testing we can't back up.
  • Assistance, not advice. AI tools assist professionals — they don't replace professional judgment. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or educational advice for your specific situation.

We also cover UK estate agents, using UK industry data and portal and vendor documentation. The focus is AI that assists with the admin around a transaction — not AI that replaces the agent.
